Ukrainian Association of Football approved its Child Safeguarding Policy

In December 2021, the UAF Executive Committee approved the UAF Child Safeguarding Policy (under 18 years of age).

This policy confirms the desire of the Ukrainian Association of Football to create conditions for safe football and children’s participation in football-related activities, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, social origin, religion, ability or disability, etc.

Ukrainian Association of Football raises awareness on child safeguarding and builds capacity to protect minors in football

Over the past six months, the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF) has participated in the UEFA child safeguarding mentoring programme. This pilot project, which was implemented with the support of the international children’s aid organisation Terre des hommes (Tdh), aims to support UAF in developing and strengthening child safeguarding in football in Ukraine.

[Ukraine] Promoting children's rights and sports benefits for children at UEFA Champions Festival

As UEFA partners, Terre des hommes participated in the UEFA Champions Festival, which took place in Kyiv, Ukraine, from May 24 until 27.
